In December 1984, Jim and Dottie, made the life-changing decision to move to this beautiful community. On January 1, 1985, Jim courageously opened their agency from a humble little office, back when it was just a one-stoplight town. With unwavering dedication, he went door to door, introducing himself and building a reputation rooted in integrity and genuine care for others. Through hard work and faith, they transformed it into the reputable establishment it is today, now thriving on Emerald Coast Parkway. Today, we proudly reflect on 40 incredible years since first beginning this journey.

Jim's impact goes far beyond his role as an insurance agent. His dedication earned him the title of Destin Chamber of Commerce Businessperson of the Year in 1990, highlighting his remarkable journey from newcomer to vital community member. Spearheading vital programs and always lending a hand where able. Through selfless giving or volunteering within the community.

As we celebrate this milestone, we also recognize the importance of giving back to the community that has supported us for four decades. Jim and Dottie have always believed in the power of service—coaching little league teams, attending sporting events, and nurturing the next generation of leaders.
